Fulkerson will serve as executive vice president and chief administrative officer for the firm. The consulting practice will focus on strategy and leadership, executive development, transition and succession planning, compensation analysis, individual coaching and organizational development.He also will oversee Schnake Turnbo Frank's finance and operations areas. Fulkerson, a Tulsa native, has 15 years of management consulting experience. Before Gabbard, he was the regional chief operating officer of Right Management Consultants. He has consulted Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, nonprofits, government organizations and other institutions. "I'll be working with existing clients and bring in new clients also," Fulkerson said. Firm President Russ Florence said the new practice is a "natural marriage" for Schnake Turnbo Frank, which has seen an increased demand for executive coaching and management consulting services. "We see a real connection between an organization's performance and its PR capabilities," Florence said. Marketing workshops through social media scheduledThe Oklahoma City Women's Business Center of Rural Enterprises of Oklahoma Inc. has announced a series of workshops focused on marketing through social media.The workshops are scheduled for 6 to 9 p.m. each Thursday in April at the Meridian Technology Center, Room D110 in the Industrial Development Center, 1312 S. Sangre Road in Stillwater. The workshops are designed for the beginner or advanced business to help it expand its markets and stretch its marketing dollars through the use of free social media sites.
